How do I sign up?
Sign up is easy! Simply go to bigy.com or download the myBigY app and enter your information to create an account, then you can navigate to myPicks and start shopping. Signing in with your myBigY account on myPicks allows you to enjoy all of the weekly sales and specials we offer, as well as the ability to redeem your loaded digital myBigY Offers, Digital Coupons and myPicks Exclusive Offers. All Offers and Coupons must be loaded before you begin shopping on myPicks.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and in the near future, will be able to accept EBT, SNAP, PayPal and Big Y gift cards as well.
How much does your pickup service cost?
Our pickup service is FREE at myPicks!
How much more will I pay for products purchased on myPicks? Will I pay more online than in store?
Our online prices are exactly the same as our in-store prices and there is no fee to have your order shopped and ready for pickup. Additionally, you will have access to our great Big Y Membership prices, as well as loaded myBigY offers and digital coupons. We do not accept tips.
How can I tell if I am logged in?
If you are logged in, your name will appear in the upper right corner in place of the Sign In link on all pages, as a welcome! You can start shopping!
