How do I cancel an order?
You may cancel right from the website. If it has already been selected, please reach out to our Customer Service Center at 833-769-4257 or email us at myPicks@bigy.com and we will be happy to assist you in canceling your order. Upon cancelling the order you will receive an email confirmation. Please know that if your order is ready for pickup or delivery, we will need to process a refund, as your credit card will be charged when the order is completed
Do you charge a restocking fee?
If we are unable to deliver your order, or your order is canceled after we begin preparing it for delivery, you will be charged a restocking fee which is usually estimated at 15% or your order total. Additionally, cancelled orders containing specially requested items are subject to a restocking fee equal to 15% of those items as well.
