Oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place breasts on foil-lined baking sheet and cook 20-21 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 170 degrees F. Grill: Spray grill with cooking spray. Preheat grill to medium-high. Grill breasts 5 minutes per side, until internal temperature reaches 170 degrees F. From Frozen: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place frozen breasts on foil-lined baking sheet and cook 30 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 170 degrees F.
