Beef, Water, Seasoning (Salt, Sodium Phosphate, Sugar, Sodium Erythorbate, Sodium Nitrite, Spice Extractive & Garlic Powder).
Safe Handling Instructions. This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Some food products may contain bacteria that could cause illness in the product is mishandled or cooked improperly. For your protection, follow these safe handling instructions. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigeration or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (Including cutting boards), utensils and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate left overs immediately or discard. Cooks from frozen. Cooking Instructions: 1 - Frozen - Pull Gary's QuickSteak from freezer (cooks directly from frozen). 2 - Sizzle - Pre-heat skillet or pan medium/high. Place Gary's QuickSteak frozen portion(s) on pan/skillet. 3 - Flip - After 30 seconds, flip Gary's QuickSteak with spatula to other side. As corned beef slices begin to separate, scramble with spatula until cooked throughout. Cooked corned beef will have a consistent pink color. 4 - Savor - Cook until products has reached internal temp of 165 degrees fahrenheit (be careful not to over-cook). Keep frozen.
