Riced Cauliflower with Broccoli&Cheese Sauce

Must cook thoroughly - see cook instructions. Directions: For food safety and quality, follow the cooking directions. Before eating, cook thoroughly to at least 165 degrees F. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Do not thaw. Adjust cook times and heat settings as needed. Refrigerate leftovers. Microwave (Recommended Method): (1) Remove pouch from carton. Place pouch, printed side up, on microwavable plate. Do not cut slit in pouch. (2) Microwave on high according to chart until thoroughly cooked. Microwave Wattage (Wattages vary; adjust time for your microwave Do not leave microwave unattended): 1200; Time on High: 4 to 4-1/2 min; Microwave Wattage (Wattages vary; adjust time for your microwave Do not leave microwave unattended):1000; Time on High: 5 to 6 min; Microwave Wattage (Wattages vary; adjust time for your microwave Do not leave microwave unattended): 700; Time on High: 6 to 6-1/2 min. (3) Remove from microwave; Let stand 1 minute. Caution: Hot! Pull or cut to open. Empty into serving dish; stir. Stove-Top: Important: Do not heat pouch in boiling water. Empty contents of pouch into nonstick skillet. Cover, cook over medium, heat 10 to 12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly cooked. Keep frozen. Push here.
