Roasted Brussels Sprouts
Keep frozen. For food safety and quality, follow the directions. Before eating, cook thoroughly to at least 160 degrees F. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Do not thaw. Refrigerate leftovers. Microwave: Place unopened bag, standing up, in center of microwave. Microwave on high 4 to 7 minutes. Let stand 1 minute in microwave (Microwave directions developed with 1000-watt ovens. Microwave ovens vary. Adjust cooking times as needed). Carefully remove bag. Caution: Bag will be hot; avoid steam when opening. Stove Top: Heat 2 teaspoons olive or vegetable oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Pour contents of package into skillet. Cook, covered, over medium heat 8 to 9 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
