Mashed Cauliflower Cheddar & Bacon
Cauliflower, Milk, Water, Butter (Cream, Salt), White Cheddar Cheese (Milk, Cultures, Salt, Enzymes), Modified Rice Starch, Bacon Pieces (Water, Salt, Sugar, Sodium Phosphate, Sodium Erythorbate, Sodium Nitrite), Sea Salt, Chives, White Pepper.
Must cook thoroughly. See cook instructions. For food safety and quality, follow the directions. Before eating, cook thoroughly to at least 165 degrees F. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Do not thaw. Refrigerate leftovers. Microwave: Cut 2 slits in plastic film to vent. Place tray on microwave safe plate in center of microwave. Microwave on high for 7 min. (10 min. for 700 watt microwaves). Carefully peel back film & stir. Replace film. Microwave on high an additional 5 min. (13 min. for 700 watt microwaves). Remove from microwave, let stand for 5-7 min. to cool and thicken. Stir before serving. Conventional oven: Preheat oven to 425 degree F. Cut 2 slits in plastic film to vent. Place tray on oven safe cookie sheet. Bake 30 min. Carefully peel back film & stir. Replace film. Bake an additional 15 min. Remove from oven. Let stand 5-7 minutes to cool and thicken. Stir before serving. Keep frozen.
