Green Bell Peppers, Onions, Red Bell Peppers, Yellow Bell Peppers.
Cook thoroughly - See cooking instructions. Stovetop Instructions: (1) Empty frozen contents of bag into a 2-quart non-stick sauce pan. Add 2 tbsp water. (For half bag, add 1 tbsp water.) (2) Bring water to a full boil over high heat; reduce heat to medium-high. (3) Cover and cook for 6 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally. (For half bag, cover and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.)(4) Drain and serve. Microwave Instructions: (1) Empty half or all frozen contents of bag into a 2-quart microwave-safe dish. (2) Cover and microwave on high for 4 minutes for half bag; stir halfway through cooking. (6-1/2 minutes for full bag.) (Per 1200 watt microwave). (3) Let stand for 1 to 2 minutes after cooking. (Stand time is important for food safety.) (4) Drain and serve. For Food Safety & Quality Follow These Instructions Carefully: Keep frozen- do not thaw. Cook thoroughly to a temperature of 165 F as measured by a food thermometer taken in several spots. Promptly refrigerate any leftovers. Reheat before serving.
