For food safety & quality follow these instructions carefully: Microwave ovens vary - adjust cooking times as needed to reach 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer taken in several spots. Keep frozen - do not thaw. Cook thoroughly to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Cook 1 product at a time. Promptly refrigerate any leftovers. Reheat before serving. Microwave Instructions: (1) Remove tray from box. (2) Microwave on high for 4 minutes. (3) Peel film back and stir thoroughly. Replace film on tray and microwave again for 3-4 minutes. (4) Carefully remove tray from microwave. Let stand for 1 to 2 minutes (Stand time is important for food safety). Remove film, stir and serve. Caution: Content will be hot. Microwave directions developed with 1000 watt microwave ovens. Microwave ovens vary in power; Adjust cooking times accordingly. For microwave ovens less than 1000 watts, please use oven instructions. Conventional Oven Instructions: (1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. (2) Cut 1-Inch slit in center of film. (3) Place tray on baking sheet on middle oven rack. Cook for 45 to 50 minutes. Stir halfway through cooking. (4) Carefully remove baking sheet with tray from oven; Let stand for 1-2 minutes (Stand time is important for food safety). (5) Stir and serve. Caution! Contents are hot handle with care. Serving Suggestion: Cook Mashed Cauliflower according to package directions. Sprinkle with chopped cooked broccoli, crisp-cooked crumbled bacon and cheddar cheese.
