Dough Mixture: Enriched Durum Wheat Flour (Durum Flour, Niacin, Ferrous Sulfate, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Water, Egg Whites. Cheese Mixture: Whole Milk Ricotta Cheese (Milk, Whey, Cream, Vinegar, Salt), Egg Whites, Pecorino Romano Cheese (Sheep's Milk, Rennet, Salt), Water, Sicilian Sea Salt, White Pepper.
Bake or microwave. Keep frozen until ready to cook. To ensure food safety, read and follow these Cooking instructions. Product should reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Ovens and cooking times may vary. Please be careful, contents will be hot. Conventional Oven Instructions (For 8 Manicotti): Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place manicotti in baking pan. Cover manicotti with your favorite sauce. Cover pan loosely with aluminum foil. Cook for 35-40 minutes. Remove pan from and let stand for 2-4 minutes before serving. Microwave Oven Instructions (for 2 Manicotti): Place manicotti in microwave safe dish. Cover manicotti with your favorite sauce. Cook and cook on high 4-5 minutes, rotate halfway through heating. Let stand for 2-4 minutes before serving. Keep frozen.
