Tri Color Cheese Tortellini
Dough Ingredients: Enriched Durum Semolina (Enriched with Niacin, Ferrous Sulfate, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Enriched Durum Flour (Enriched with Niacin, Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Eggs, Water, Spinach Powder, Corn Flour, Canola Oil, Paprika Alfalfa Extract, Turmeric. Filling Ingredients: Ricotta Cheese (Pasteurized Milk, Whey, Vinegar, Salt), Cracker Meal (Bleached Wheat Flour), Water, Canola Oil, Imported Romano Cheese (Pasteurized Cow's/Sheep's Milk, Cheese Culture, Salt, Enzymes), Salt, Potato Flakes (Dehydrated Potatoes, Mono and Diglycerides, Ascorbic Acid, Citric Acid), Yeast Extract, Granulated Garlic, Nutmeg, Pepper, Parsley.
Cooking Instructions: 1. Do not defrost. If any tortellini are frozen together in the bag, firmly hit against a hard surface to separate. 2. Place tortellini in 3-4 quarts (per bag) of rapidly boiling salted water. 3. Cook uncovered (stirring frequently) for 2-3 minutes or until desired tenderness. Keep frozen.
