Enriched Durum Flour (Niacin, Ferrous Sulfate, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Ricotta Cheese (Pastuerized Whole Milk, Whey Starter, Salt), Water, Bread Crumbs (Bleached Wheat Flour, Yeast, Sugar, Salt), Whole Eggs, Parmesan Cheese (Pastuerized Milk, Cultures, Rennet, Salt), Romano Cheese (Pastuerized Sheep's Milk, Rennet, Salt), Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, Basil, Parsley.
Keep frozen. Boiling: Place frozen tortellini in 8 cups vigorously boiling water (salted to taste). Stir. Cook for 5 minutes or until desired tenderness. Drain. Microwave: For 1 package frozen tortellini - in 3 quart casserole, cover and heat 6 cups of water to a boil (15 - 18 minutes). Add tortellini and salt to taste; stir. Cook 3 1/2 minutes. Drain.
