Mashed Potato Shapes
Potatoes, Dehydrated Potatoes, Vegetable Oil (Contains One or More of the Following Oils: Canola, Soybean, Cottonseed, Sunflower, Corn). Contains 2% or Less of Potato Starch, Sea Salt, Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate Added to Maintain Color.
Cooking Guidelines: Note: Cook to light golden color. Cooking times vary depending on appliance power. Watch carefully during the final minutes of preparation. Do not overcook! Product must be fully cooked for food safety and quality. Oven: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Spread frozen product in a single layer on a dark, non-stick baking sheet or shallow baking pan. Bake for 6 to 8 minutes, flip product over and continue baking an additional 6 to 8 minutes. Serve immediately. Deep Fry: Preheat cooking oil to 350 degrees F. Fill basket 1/2 full (1/2 level) with frozen product. Deep fry 2 to 2-/2 minutes. Spread on absorbent paper. Serve immediately. It is recommended when using this cooking method, to use non-hydrogenated liquid cooking oil. Keep frozen.
