Gluten Free Pepperoni Pizza
Low Moisture Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese (Cultured Pasteurized Part-Skim Milk, Salt, Enzymes), Water, Tapioca Starch, Rice Flour, Tomatoes, Pepperoni (Pork, Beef, Salt, Contains 2% or Less of Paprika and/or Oleoresin of Paprika, Spices and/or Spice Extractives, Lactic Acid Starter Culture, Sodium Nitrite, BHA, BHT, Citric Acid, May Also Contain: Water, Dextrose, Smoke Flavoring, Sodium Ascorbate and/or Ascorbic Acid [Vitamin C], Flavoring, Garlic Powder), Tomato Paste, Rice Starch, Modified Food Starch, Soybean Oil, Contains 2% or Less of: Dried Whey, Yeast, Palm Oil, Sugar, Salt, Spice, Xanthan Gum, Citric Acid, Garlic, Dried Onion, Dried Garlic, Romano Cheese (Cultured Pasteurized Cow's Milk, Salt, Enzymes), Toasted Onion Powder, Soy Lecithin, Natural Flavor.
Cook thoroughly. 1. Preheat: Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. 2. Prepare: Remove overwrap and cardboard. 3. Bake: Bake directly on center rack for 10-13 minutes or until cheese is melted at the center & crust is golden brown. (For a softer crust, bake pizza on a pan for 12-16 minutes using bottom oven rack). Don't Forget: Keep pizza frozen while preheating. Do not thaw pizza. For food safety and quality, cook until internal temperature is 160 degrees F before eating. Cook thoroughly before eating. Cooking times may vary. Let cool for at least 2 minutes. Refrigerate or discard any unused portion. Keep frozen.
