Gluten Free Roasted Vegetable Pizza
Gluten-Free Crust (Water, Tapioca Starch, Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Chickpea Flour, Milled Flaxseed, Rice Starch, Olive Oil, Cane Sugar, Yeast, Sea Salt, Psyllium, Chicory Root Extract, Xanthan Gum, Locust Bean Gum), Tomato Basil Sauce (Water, Tomatoes, Olive Oil, Basil, Black Pepper, Garlic, Oregano, Salt), Cutting Board Collection Mozzarella Style Shreds (Filtered Water, Tapioca Starch, Coconut Oil, Expeller Pressed: Canola and/or Safflower Oil, Vegan Natural Flavors, Chickpea Protein, Salt, Potato Protein, Tricalcium Phosphate, Lactic Acid (Vegan), Konjac Gum, Xanthan Gum, Yeast Extract, Fruit and/or Vegetable Juice Color), Green Bell Peppers, Onions, Tomatoes, Yellow Bell Peppers, Roasted Garlic, Basil.
Baking Instruction: Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (232 degrees C). Remove overwrap plastic. Place frozen pizza directly on the middle oven rack. Bake pizza for 16-21 minutes, or until crust is golden brown and no longer floppy. Check pizza after 16 minutes. Convection Oven: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (218 degrees C). Remove over wrap plastic. Place frozen pizza directly in the middle of the rack. Bake pizza for 17-22 minutes, or until crust is golden brown and no longer floppy. Check pizza after 17 minutes. Caution: Product must be cooked thoroughly to 160 degrees F (71 degrees C) for food safety and quality. Do not allow pizza to thaw. Do not eat pizza without cooking. Your oven temperature may vary so adjust baking time and oven temperature as necessary. Keep frozen.
