Keep frozen. Stovetop: 1-2 tbsp of vegetable oil in a non-stick frying pan medium/high heat. Cook frozen chick'n strips for approximately 5-7 mins until browned and crisp on all sides. Add sauce and stir for 30 seconds. Toss to coat chick'n well. Sauce Pack: Place sauce pack in bowl of hot water for 3 mins to defrost. Remember: Let rest for 1 min before serving. Do not overcook - it's not meat! Cook until internal temp is 165 degrees F (minimum). Asian Teriyaki Rice Bowl: Prepare Teriyaki Chick'n Strips according to directions. Steam broccoli, sliced red peppers, and snap peas and add to Chick'n mixture. Serve over rice and garnish with sesame seeds and scallions. Teriyaki Chick'n Lettuce Cups: Prepare Teriyaki Chick'n Strips according to directions. On butter or iceberg lettuce place Teriyaki Chick'n mixture, thinly sliced red bell peppers, sliced scallions and sesame seeds to create a delicious meal. Chick'n Cashew and Pineapple Stir-Fry: Prepare Chick'n Strips according to directions. Before adding sauce, add chunks of pineapple, sliced scallions and cashews. Heat thoroughly, then add sauce. Spoon mixture over rice and garnish with sesame seeds for a perfect stir-fry.
