Water, Wheat Flour, Soy Protein Concentrate, Soy Protein Isolate, Corn Oil, Contains Less than 2% of Salt, Canola Oil, Yellow Corn Flour, Wheat Gluten, Methylcellulose, Yeast Extract, Corn Starch, Sugar, Yeast, Paprika Extract (Color), Maltodextrin, Hydrolyzed Corn Protein, Natural Flavor (Non-Meat), Spices, Wheat Starch, Rosemary Extract, Onion Powder, Leavening (Sodium Aluminum Phosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate), Dried Garlic, Dried Onion, Succinic Acid, Thiamin Hydrochloride (Vitamin B1).
Cook thoroughly. Cooking Instructions: Oven: Heat oven to 425 degrees F. Place frozen patties on baking sheet. Bake 12 to 14 min. Skillet: (1) Heat nonstick skillet on medium heat for 1 min. (2) Place frozen patty in pan and cover (3) Cook 3 minutes then remove lid. (4) Cook remaining 9 minutes, turning occasionally. Microwave (1100 Watt): (1) Place 1 unwrapped frozen patty on a paper towel-covered microwaveable plate. (2) Microwave on high for 1 minutes and 30 seconds. Keep frozen.
