Remove frozen breast(s) from pouch and place on microwave safe plate. 2. Heat breast(s) on high for: 800 Wattage: 1 breast 2.5 minutes; 2 breasts is not recommended. 1100 Wattage: 1 breast 2 minutes; 2 breasts 3.5 minutes. Caution: Filling will be hot and may splatter; let stand approximately 2 minutes to cool before serving.
