Cooked White Rice (Water, Rice), Sauce (Water, Evaporated Cane Syrup, Soy Sauce [Water, Wheat, Soybeans, Salt], Corn Starch, Vinegar [Distilled White Vinegar and Filtered Water], Concentrated Orange Juice, Toasted Sesame Oil, Ginger Puree [Ginger, Water], Salt, Crushed Garlic [Garlic, Citric Acid], Garlic, Paprika, Annatto Extract Color, Color [Canola Oil, Extractive of Paprika], Xanthan Gum, Natural Flavor), Chicken (Chicken Breast Meat, Water, Corn Starch, Potato Starch, Sodium Bicarbonate, Salt, Fully Cooked in Vegetable Oil]), Broccoli and Carrots.
Cook thoroughly. Preparation Instructions: Microwave only. Do not prepare in conventional or toaster oven. 1. Peel back corner of film. 2. Place in microwave and heat on high for 3 minutes and 30 seconds or until temperature reaches 165 degrees F. 3. Carefully remove film - Caution as contents will be hot. 4. Let rest 1 minute - stir and enjoy. Keep frozen.
