Ripe Plantains, Soybean Oil.
Stove Top: Empty plantain slices into greased frying pan and fry for 3 minutes at medium heat turning once. Conventional Oven: Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F. Remove plastic cover. Bake for 7 to 10 minutes or until slices look golden. Microwave: Remove plastic cover and microwave at high setting for 3 to 3 1/2 minutes or until slices are hot. Microwave ovens vary.
