Cook thoroughly. For food safety and quality, follow directions and cook to at least 165 degrees F. If Thawed (Thaw in Refrigerator Overnight): Oven: Preheat to 350 degrees F. Remove tray from box and peel one corner of film to vent. Cook on a baking sheet for 40-45 min. Microwave: Remove tray from box and peel one corner of film to vent. Microwave on high for 8-10 min. If Frozen: Oven: Preheat to 350 degrees F. Remove tray from box and peel one corner of film to vent. Cook on a baking sheet for 55-60 min. Microwave: Remove tray from box and peel one corner of film to vent. Microwave on high for 12-14 min. Do not cook in microwaves below 1100 watts as product may not cook thoroughly. Use oven preparation instead. If not using a turntable rotate once during cooking. Keep frozen.
