New York Cheesecake
Filling (Filtered Water, Creamed Coconut, Cane Sugar, Coconut Oil, Tapioca Starch, Expeller Pressed: Canola and/or Safflower Oil, Potato Starch, Pea Protein, Vanilla Extract, Sea Salt, Xanthan Gum, Sodium Alginate, Lactic Acid (Vegan), Tricalcium Phosphate, Vegan Natural Flavors, Cultured Sugar, Vegan Enzyme), Gluten-Free Crust (Tapioca Starch, Cane Sugar, Coconut Oil, Brown Rice Flour, White Whole Grain Sorghum Flour, Potato Starch, Water, Expeller Pressed: Canola and/or Safflower Oil, Blackstrap Molasses, Vanilla Extract, Milled Flax Seed, Psyllium, Sea Salt, Sunflower Lecithin, Leavening (Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Monocalcium Phosphate), Xanthan Gum).
Thawing Instructions: 1) Remove cheezecake from package, and thaw in refrigerator for 5 to 6 hours. 2) Remove and slice into 4-6 equal pieces while still cold, but not frozen. 3) Thaw for an additional 20 minutes at room temperature before serving. If pressed for time: thaw unwrapped cheezecake at room temperature for 30 minutes, slice into 4-6 equal slices, while still cold, but not frozen, then thaw for an additional 45 minutes. Keep frozen. Do not refreeze. Best if consumed with 48 hours of thawing.
