Thaw: First You Thaw, then You Awe: For a single slice, cut frozen with warm, wet knife. Then, thaw in a refrigerator for 45 - 60 minutes. If you must share, remove from the carton leaving the dome cover in place. Then, thaw in refrigerator for 1.5 to 2 hours. On the rare chance there's any left over, you can store, covered, in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Keep frozen.
