Microwave on high 2 minutes to 2 minutes 15 seconds. 3. Check that food is cooked thoroughly to 165 degrees F. Careful, it's hot! Let stand 2 minutes; stir sauce and enjoy! Conventional Oven: Do not prepare in toaster oven. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Remove film from sausage. Cook on baking sheet in center of oven 18 to 20 minutes. Check that food is cooked thoroughly to 165 degrees F. Careful, it's hot! Let stand 2 minutes; stir sauce and enjoy! Keep frozen.
