Grain Free Tortilla
Water, Cassava Flour, Tapioca Flour, Avocado Oil, Coconut Flour, Arrowroot Flour, Apple Cider Vinegar, Coconut Sugar, Sea Salt, Yeast.
Heat pan or comal (griddle) over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes. Warm tortilla for 10-15 seconds per side. 1. warm tortilla (heating instructions above). This will help to ensure it's pliable and ready to wrap & roll; 2. add fillings of choice (looking to add flavor to your burrito? Try using our taco seasoning with your favorite filling); 3. fold the bottom edge upwards to meet the top half; 4. pull tortilla back, tucking in the ingredients; 5. fold the left & right edges of the tortilla up & over to look like an open envelope; 6. roll until you have a burrito perfecto! Store refrigerated or frozen. If purchased frozen, use by printed best by date. If purchased refrigerated, use or freeze within 7 days.
