Filtered Water, Organic Corn Tortillas (Organic White Corn Cooked in Water with a Trace of Lime), Organic Monterey Jack Cheese (Organic Pasteurized Milk, Culture, Salt, Enzymes [Without Animal Enzymes or Rennet]), White Cheddar Cheese (Pasteurized Milk, Culture, Salt, Enzymes [Without Animal Enzymes or Rennet]), Organic Onions, Organic Tomato Puree, Olives, Organic Sweet Rice Flour, Expeller Pressed High Oleic Safflower and/or Sunflower Oil, Cheddar Cheese (Pasteurized Milk, Culture, Salt, Annatto, Enzymes [Without Animal Enzymes or Rennet]), Organic Green Chiles, Spices, Organic Bell Peppers, Sea Salt, Organic Garlic.
Microwave or regular oven. Cheese Enchilada. Directions: Heat carefully. The cheese will melt out of the tortilla if overheated. Oven may vary. Microwave Oven: Make a 1-inch slit in overwrap. Cook on medium for 5 minutes. Remove overwrap. Cook on high for 1-2 minutes. Let sit 1 minute. Serve. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Remove overwrap. Remove overwrap. Cover tray with foil and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 10-15 minutes. Let sit 1 minute. Serve. Toaster Oven: Remove overwrap and bowl. Place in an oven-safe dish. Follow conventional oven directions. Perishable. Keep frozen.
