Pepperoni & Cheese Stromboli
Dough: Enriched Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, and Folic Acid), Water, Sourdough Starter (Dried Durum Wheat Sourdough, Yeast, Ascorbic Acid, Enzymes), Contains 2% or Less of the Following: Additive (Gum Arabic, Wheat Flour, Mono and Diglycerides, Salt, Contains 2% or Less: Soybean Oil, Cellulose Gum, Guar Gum, Enzymes), Sugar, Emulsifier Mix (Water, Emulsifier [Mono and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids, Mono and Diacetyl Tartaric Acid Esters of Mono- and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids], Guar Gum, Sorbic Acid, Natural Flavoring, Wheat Flour, Enzymes), Salt, Dough Improver (Wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour (Contains Sulfites), Enzymes, Contains 2% or Less: Ascorbic Acid, Soybean Oil), Yeast. Filling: Pepperoni (Pork, Beef, Salt, Spices, Dextrose, Lactic Acid Starter Culture, Oleoresin Paprika, Flavoring, Sodium Ascorbate, Sodium Nitrite, BHA, BHT and Citric Acid), Mozzarella Cheese (Pasteurized Milk, Cheese Cultures, Salt and Enzymes). Topical: Vegetable Oil (Soybean and/or Canola Oil), Parsley, Basil, Oregano, Granulated Garlic, Salt, Black Pepper, Red Pepper.
Keep frozen - refrigerate if thawed - cook thoroughly. Baking Instructions: For food safety & quality, read and follow the instructions to ensure Stromboli reaches internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Remove all packaging prior to cooking. Place thawed Stromboli on baking sheet on center rack of oven. Bake for 22-26 minutes or until Stromboli color is golden brown. Microwave: Place 1/3 of the Stromboli in the microwave and heat on high for 60 seconds. Remove from oven/microwave and allow to sit 2 minutes, cut and enjoy! Thawed Product Do Not Freeze: Caution product will be hot. Due to oven and microwave variances times and temperatures may differ.
