Grilled Steak with Fettuccine with Mushroom Sauce, Meal Kit
Mushroom Sauce (Mushrooms (Portobello, Crimini), Water, Heavy Cream (Cream, Milk), Onions, Parmesan Cheese (Pasteurized Cultured Part-Skimmed Milk, Salt, Enzymes), White Wine, Unsalted Butter (Cream), 2% or Less of Modified Food Starch, Autolyzed Yeast Extract, Garlic, Natural Flavor, Spice, Salt), Fettuccine (Durum Wheat Semolina, Eggs, Water), Grilled Seasoned Beef Steak and Rice Starch Product (Beef, Water, Less than 2% of Sugar, Salt, Rice Starch, Vinegar, Yeast Extract, Natural Flavors, Spice).
Follow cooking directions. Make sure product reaches temperature of 160 degrees F. Microwave Instructions (1200 W): 1. open pouch of steak and spread meat inside the bowl; 2. Open pouch of pasta and spread fettuccine on top of the meat; 3. shake the pouch of sauce well and pour sauce evenly over the pasta; 4. cover the bowl with a double layer of paper towel. Microwave on high (100% power) for 8-9 minutes; 5. remove carefully from microwave. Caution: product will be extremely hot. Stir well and let stand 1-2 minutes before serving Buon appetito! Caution: timing may vary according to the wattage of your microwave (instructions are based on the use of a 1200-watt microwave oven, adjust cooking times accordingly). Alternative Instructions (Stovetop): 1. pour pasta into a large skillet (13 inches in diameter). Note: do not separate uncooked pasta if it sticks together. It will separate while cooking; 2. add 1/2 cup of water; 3. shake the pouch of sauce well and pour sauce over the pasta; 4. cook on medium-high heat, stirring gently and frequently for 6-7 minutes.
