Thermophilus, L. Bulgaricus, Bifidobacterium BB-12, L. Acidophilus, L, Paracasei and L, Rhamnosus.
Quick Tips with Stonyfield (even the kids will love): Make overnight oats. Mix yogurt with fruit and oats and refrigerate overnight; add cinnamon and honey or other sweet spices to yogurt for a refreshing fruit dip; spoon yogurt and any of your favorite fruits into a popsicle mold for a creamy treat; make a yogurt sundae bar with your favorite toppings (dried fruit, nuts, chocolate chips). Keep refrigerated.
